Check Your Volume
- Your Fajr alarm uses the iPhone Ringtone & Alerts volume.
- Open Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
- Turn Ringtone and Alerts up.
- Keep your iPhone charged and close enough to hear.

If your alarm still is not going off after checking volume and permissions, email support and I will help.
If you already subscribed to Subhi Premium but the app does not show access, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Open the Subhi paywall and use Restore Purchases. If restore still does not work, email ayub@subhi.app.
Apple manages Subhi subscriptions. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Subhi, then cancel the subscription. Deleting Subhi data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple handles App Store refund eligibility and refund requests. If you need to request a refund for a Subhi purchase or subscription charge, use reportaproblem.apple.com. You can still email Subhi support if you need help understanding an alarm, restore, or subscription access issue.
In Subhi, open Settings, then Privacy & Data, then choose Delete Subhi Data. This deletes your streak and leaderboard data from this device and Subhi sync. Your Apple subscription is managed separately.
